Aluminium 'shaggy loops' bracelet and earrings

This is just where the Internet has its limitations.  I wish you could feel how deliciously slinky and fluid this bracelet is.

It is made with a chainmaille weave called Shaggy Loops.  I've used natural aluminium rings and they're light and slinky - and feels and moves against your skin quite, quite differently from other metals.  It's incredibly tactile and lovely to wear.  It's very lightweight and each external loose loop (there are a pair on every link) has a Toho Japanese seed bead - all in a white to mauve colourway.

It closes with a Sterling silver hand formed hook and loop clasp.  The hook has been wound with soft silver wire for texture and interest, then antiqued to match the colour of the aluminium.

The bracelet comes with a matching pair of earrings, which hang 30mm (1.2") from the top of the hand formed earwires.   Please see [+] More Images for the earrings.  They could be be made in a different length if you'd like something different.

The fit of this bracelet is 178mm (7") and when resting on your skin, spreads to about 15mm (0.6") wide.  Please see the 'How to Order' page or bracelet introduction for more information on bracelet fit and measuring your wrist.

This bracelet can be adjusted easily, so please ask if it's not the size you want. I can also make them to order with different coloured seed beads or metals.
