Cocoa brown glass melon copper earrings

These melon shaped glass beads are just such nice beads, I don't feel they need much else around them. They are a lovely deep cocoa brown colour, perfect adjacent to the copper.

They are entirely hand crafted by me in solid copper. The beads are placed on hand formed copper ball headpins, with a generously sized ball, wrapped to hang from hand formed long elegant earwires - hammered lightly for texture and filed smooth for your comfort. The copper has been antiqued, by oxidising, then polished back to shiny, to enhance the texture of the wrapping.

The earrings hang 35mm (1.4") overall from the top of the earwires. Each glass melon bead is approximately 8mm (0.3") in diameter. I can also make this style with other melon beads or stones as shown in the shop.
