Smoky glass and copper earrings

There's not much to say about these earrings, just some nice handmade glass beads in a smoky colour, teamed with plain polished copper, all on simple lines. 

The square melon shaped beads are a smoky brown colour that sometimes looks a tad green, sometime more grey.  Each bead is handmade and has some bubbles and texture in the glass and on the surface,  Each is wire wrapped on one of my own hand made ball ended headpins, accented with a copper bead and hanging from a hand crafted copper straight drop earwire.   The earwires have been hammered for strength, tumble polished and the ends filed for comfort.

The copper has been left shiny and original, but if you'd like them either oxidising black, or antiquing, I'd be happy to do that for you - just allow a little extra time for this.

The earrings hang 33mm (1.3") overall from the top of the earwire and the beads are approximately 12mm x 8mm (½" x 0.3").
